so for the Northside Festival in Brooklyn, Tayisha will be playing 2 different shows. One we’ll be a part of the huge Crushfest line up taking place at Public Assembly on Tuesday, June 24th and the other party will be a crazy night at the House of Yes on Saturday, June 16th.

The L Magazine’s Northside Festival has made a brave and very smart move by welcoming the House of Yes and Tayisha Busay as they present a night of the brightest, baddest, chrome-covered, high-bouncing music and righteous showmanship that you can only find in the bottom of a Lucky Charms box, OR at this show. Bands that have fun? Is this really Williamsburg? The night will prove itself to be the most unique and powerful show in the festival. Line-up includes;
Tayisha Busay – a glitter-chugging, electro-dance trio of choreographed, detention room C+ students that make ridiculous DIY pop – a mind expanding take on the girl group. myspace.com/tayishabusay
